Please allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Jim Sarafin, ABR, SFR, Broker, NC/SC, and I welcome you to my web site and to the Keller Williams Realty Ballantyne Area Market Center.

My family and I moved to Charlotte in 1986 and in May of 2002 I earned my North Carolina real estate license and achieved Broker status in December of 2002.  My experience during this time includes working in an exclusive buyer agency company primarily with first time home buyers, practicing general brokerage with a large regional firm in Matthews, North Carolina and representing custom luxury new home builders prior to becoming a team member at Keller Williams Realty in the Ballantyne area in December of 2008.
