My wife and I and our two daughters have lived in the Charlotte/Mecklenburg/Union County area since arriving here from Buffalo, New York in 1986. My wife and I currently reside in Indian Trail and our daughters live in the University area and Cornelius, North Carolina. We also have two great grandsons in Charlotte. If you do not reside here and have not experienced the weather in this area I can tell you that you can be active outdoors almost the entire year. I personally like to walk, ride my bike and play golf and you can do that almost all year.
I earned my North Carolina real estate license in May of 2002 and became a licensed Broker in December of 2002. My experience during this time includes working in an exclusive buyer agency company, selling new home construction, practiced general brokerage with a large firm in Matthews, and represented luxury custom new home builders prior to becoming a team member at Keller Williams Realty in the Ballantyne area.
